  • Located in Sanborn, New York, Cherry Bank Farm has operated since 1944. We are a third-generation family-owned business established by the late Nicholas and Ann Kelsch. The barn on our property is over 100 years old and has been renovated to house a modern functioning cider mill.

  • At the Cherry Bank Farm Cider Mill, we use a delicious blend of fresh, local apples to make our cider which is cold-pressed and ultraviolet-light pasteurized. No additives or preservatives. Just apples!

To keep our cider fresh, please refrigerate and use within 7 to 10 days.

  • Take 1/2 cup of our cider out. Recap and place in freezer.

To thaw, place in fridge and when completely thawed give it a shake and drink!

Don't be tempted to drink before it is completely thawed because the natural sugar in cider thaws first.

  • We also have a bakery where a variety of pies, cookies, muffins, coffee cakes, and cupcakes are baked fresh daily. Over 10 varieties of apples are sold in the barn along with pumpkins, squash, gourds, and many other items from local farms including honey, maple syrup, and Amish jams. Make sure to pick up a jar of our very own homemade apple butter. Yum!

  • We accept cash or personal checks.
