Who We Are

Cherry Bank Farm, nestled in Sanborn, New York, has been a beloved family business since 1944, established by Nicholas and Ann Kelsch. Now run by their third generation, our farm features a historic barn, over 100 years old, transformed into a modern functioning cider mill.

We craft our cider using a blend of fresh, local apples, which we cold-press and ultraviolet-light pasteurize—no additives, no preservatives, just pure apple goodness!

To ensure the freshest taste, keep our cider refrigerated and enjoy it within 7 to 10 days.

Our on-site bakery offers a daily selection of freshly baked pies, cookies, muffins, coffee cakes, and cupcakes. We also sell over 10 varieties of apples, pumpkins, squash, gourds, and other local farm products such as honey, maple syrup, and Amish jams. Don’t forget to grab a jar of our homemade apple butter—it’s a treat you won’t want to miss!
