About Us
Located in Sanborn, New York, Cherry Bank Farm has operated since 1944. We are a third-generation family-owned business established by the late Nicholas and Ann Kelsch. The barn on our property is over 100 years old and has been renovated to house a modern functioning cider mill. At the cider mill, we use a delicious blend of fresh, local apples to make our cider which is cold-pressed and ultraviolet-light pasteurized. No additives or preservatives. Just apples!
To keep our cider fresh, please refrigerate and use within 7 to 10 days.
